Sweet Coincidence

Mike and I went next door to visit with our neighbors, the Van Thadens.  These young amazing artists had just finished their school art project.  Each student made a stamp of their favorite artist.  Max picked Monet, Alexandra picked Leonardo de Vinci and Ella picked me!  I was so surprised to see all the small details of the paintings I have done.  It was the best gift to receive.  

It was a sweet coincidence that as I leave my children's workshops and paper mache behind & forge forward 
as a painter, I have this beautiful reminder of where 
I have been.  Thank you Ella and what a terrific art 
teacher you are blessed with.
